It is time for the annual evaluation of our staff and we need your help. Click HERE to complete the evaluations of our staff. Your replies are anonymous. If you wish to make further comments, please do so by sharing written evaluations with any member of the staff committee. Members of the staff committee will be set up in the fellowship hall on Sundays and Wednesdays to help church members complete the on-line evaluation.

Bread for the World Letter Writing Campaign
This effort is to push our elected officials to support legislation that helps better the lives of the hungry and disenfranchised. Our letter writing is part of BCOC’s larger commitment to care for those who hunger and thirst, a Biblical mandate from Matthew 25. The letter writing campaign will conclude on October 28, Bread for the World Sunday.
There is a sign-up table in the fellowship hall with different volunteer opportunities for Trunk or Treat! Stop by to learn more about how you can help! Veterans of past Trunk or Treats are manning the table and happy to answer any questions you may have.
Now accepting treat donations!
We need donations of individually wrapped candy or other small prizes for Trunk or Treat. There are designated donation spots in the fellowship hall and the church office.
DEADLINE OCTOBER 21
What’s that faint noise? Ghosts boo-ing? Turkeys gobbling? No! It’s sleigh bells ringing! Believe it or not, Christmas is fast approaching. Don’t forget to order your poinsettias!
The poinsettias are $28. To order a poinsettia for placement in the sanctuary at the beginning of Advent in honor or memory of a loved one, complete an envelope available in the foyer and on the piano in the Fellowship Hall. Include your payment and return it to the church office. All proceeds benefit the Birmingham Boys Choir.
