If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 and are having trouble opening the Member page, you may need to change the settings to allow scripting. The procedure for making the change is outlined below.

• Open Internet Explorer
• On the top menu bar, click Tools
• On the drop-down menu, click Internet Options
• Click the Security tab
• Click the Custom Level button
• Scroll down to Scripting, Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows and click the Enable radio button
• Click OK to close the first Window and OK to close the second Window
